1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis for operating the 0qqgg platform and all related services. By accessing the website or application, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2Account Registration & Personal Information

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration must be true and valid.
• The account is entirely personal — it cannot be operated on behalf of any third party.
• After an account is opened, 0qqgg may at any time request additional documents for identity verification.

2.2 Updating Information

If any personal information changes (such as mobile number, email, or payment method), notify our customer service team immediately. The user is responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3Age Verification & Eligibility

To participate on the 0qqgg platform, users must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.

3.1 Age Verification Process

0qqgg reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. A National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-approved identification may be requested for verification. If age cannot be verified, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances will be considered void.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

0qqgg primarily operates for players in Bangladesh. Access to the service from certain countries or regions may be subject to restrictions. Winnings or bonuses obtained by accessing from a restricted area may be forfeited.

4Account Security & Login

Keeping your 0qqgg account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your username and password confidential and do not share them with any third party.

5Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 0qqgg platform is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). No payment methods other than those listed are accepted.

• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.
• Ensure the correct transaction details at the time of deposit; 0qqgg will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 0qqgg reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Requesting a withdrawal before fulfilling the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 Transaction Fees

0qqgg generally does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside the control of 0qqgg.

6Bonuses & Promotions

0qqgg welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Current wagering rate: 10x. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 total bets required before withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once — claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts will be considered void.
• If a bonus is not claimed within the specified promotion period, it will be cancelled.
• Winnings from a bonus are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 0qqgg reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.

6.3 VIP Program

0qqgg has five VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

7Gaming Rules

Each game on the 0qqgg platform has its own rules, which can be found within the game. General gaming terms are described below.

7.1 Slots & Casino Games

Slots, live casino, fishing games, and all other casino games are governed by the rules of the technology provider operating them (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.). Game outcomes are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology — fully fair and verifiable.

7.2 Sports Betting

Betting rules for cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports will be determined in accordance with the applicable betting market terms. In the event of a results dispute, the decision of 0qqgg shall be considered final.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game, that game session may be cancelled. Any abnormal winnings resulting from an error will be considered invalid. 0qqgg reserves the right to refuse payouts resulting from any obvious error.

8Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Abusing the bonus system — claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or criminal purposes.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes — through collusion, software abuse, or hacking.
• Accessing the platform under another user's identity or using their account.
• Using automated bots or scripts on the platform.
• Using an account for commercial purposes — such as placing bets on behalf of others.
• Any form of fraudulent payment — chargebacks, fake transactions, or use of stolen payment methods.

If prohibited activity is suspected, 0qqgg reserves the right to suspend the account and associated funds until an investigation is completed.

• Failure to verify age.

12.2 Closed by User
